Erection

The erection of the metal building components shall be performed by a qualified erector, using proper tools and equipment. Erector shall follow good, sound, safe procedures and guidelines and in accordance with any applicable federal, state or local laws. Erection of the roof system shall be in complete accordance with the Manufacturer’s Safety and Erection Manual. Any deviation from this manual could result in damage to the roof system, for which Manufacturer will not be liable for repair or replacement. The erection manual shall include procedures and trim design variations to accommodate the out-of square and out-of plumb conditions that sometimes occur during the erection and construction process.
